Tell me about yourself.
Myself Candidate_Name. I’ve completed B.Sc Engineering in CSE at University_Name. I am a full-stack web developer. I have a little time experience but I have skills in web development. I have done some projects. Some of them are Full-stack and others are only designed. My projects are based on JavaScript, ES6, ReactJS, NextJS, Firebase, Mongoose, MongoDB, Prisma, PostgreSQL, NodeJS, ExpressJS, Git.
Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
For greatest strength:
I am good at web development. I always try to improve to become a more well-known developer as soon as possible.
For greatest weakness:
In the working time, If I forget something, but that was my known meter. Then I don’t give up the work until it’s finished. It seems that it is my greatest weakness because I provide my full focus on that forgotten meter.
What are the most important things you are looking for in your next role?
I want to see myself as a leader of an experienced team. So, I have to do smart work on learning every day.

Why do you want this job?
I want this job because I have clear skills that will help me to complete job tasks. This role will allow me to combine my skills in the web development field. I love Web Development and my last goal took me near to that skill. So now, I’m looking to find a role that will let me work on projects that are using my skills.
What kind of work environment do you like best?
I enjoy working in an environment where the team members have a strong bond and good work ethic. My teammates should be hard workers, funny, helpful, and trustworthy.
Tell me about the toughest decision you had to make in yourself in the last six months.
I started my career as a web developer after studying computer engineering. But, my career started before I finished my studies. So after finishing my studies, I prepared for the government job under the pressure of my family and started setting up my own business.
Business is going well. But, I was not getting peace. It seemed that web development could bring me that peace. Actually, I enjoy this career.
Then decided to learn full-stack development again. And now here I am.
What can we expect from you in your first three months?
I don’t really have experience working on any big projects. But I am confident that I can prove myself by helping you according to my skills. I have a lot to learn. If necessary, I will try to learn them quickly with the help of my team members or by myself.
